CHILDREN'S CHURCH AND MORE

Who? . . . Children’s Church is offered each Sunday morning for children in the 1^st through 6^th grades. Children sit with their parents or other family members until the conclusion of the music. (It's announced each week.) At that time, they will follow the leader to the children’s area.

Content . . . Children will be learning lessons from the Bible. They will discover how to live as Christians, face temptation, serve Jesus, forgive others, pray, trust in God, and much, much more! By the end of their 6 year journey, they will have studied at least one lesson from every book in the Bible.

Format . . . Lessons are taught through reading, drama, games, stories, puzzles, songs, puppets, crafts, etc. The children have fun, yet learn while doing so.

Reinforcing the lessons . . . Some weeks kids will receive FUNSHEETS to take home and work on. These handouts are related directly to the lesson taught that day and will help them remember how to apply the new Bible knowledge.

Teachers . . . Our teachers love working with the children.  Each week they are excited to teach them about God, the Bible, and God's plans for their lives.  Two volunteers lead the children on Sunday's according to a rotating schedule.  (All teachers have voluntarily completed and passed background checks.)
