WHY BUILD A NEW CHURCH BUILDING IN GALLOWAY?
To Symbolize God's Presence.
"I intend,
therefore, to build a temple for the Name of the Lord my God, as the lord
told my father David when he said, 'Your son whom I will put on the throne
in your place will build the temple for my Name.'" I Kings 5:5 (NIV)
To Symbolize God's People gathered together.
"Now you are no
longer strangers to God and foreigners to heaven, but you are members of
God's very own family, citizens of God's country, and you belong in God's
household with every other Christian." Ephesians 2:19 (NIV)
To Bring God's
people together.
"Solomon and the
whole assembly went to the high place at Gibeon, for God's Tent of Meeting
was there, which Moses the Lord's servant had made in the desert."

David and Julie Strunk from Church Builders of
Texas along with about 200 other volunteers from Texas and around the
country came to Galloway during the third week of July to frame the church
